introduction   Hi, we are Peter & Ingrid Stolzenbach. Peter does Bulldogs since 1990,  breeding and showing with great succes. Ingrid's heart was stolen by Miniature Schnauzers, especially the whites, wich she very succesfully shows and breeds  In the mean time we both love the Chinese Cresteds very much, so we're also the proud owners of a few beautiful, lovely Chinese Cresteds. We all love also the Saint Bernards, they're our guardian angels. Since 2003 , we combined our love for the dogs and the love for eachother....... In the future will still do our best to breed Miniature Schnauzers as well as Chinese Cresteds of worldtop quality, in health and in beauty......... Thank you for visiting our website.

 

Ingrid about the Miniature Schnauzers: For  years I've been “contaminanted” with the Miniature Schnauzer “virus”.  In 1989 I bought my first Miniature schnauzer, a black/silver female. I was delighted with the fact that such a small dog could be so imposing. But what exactly appealed to me about this race? Well, it is just a marvelous breed, a small dog with a big personality. A self-willed, cheerful, good natured and watchful dog with a will to please.

 

 

They can also be easily kept in the city because of their size.  They are good with children, cats and other dogs, provided they have a proper upbringing.  Luckily it is a healthy breed, something I find particularly important. Firstly you have a dog to give you pleasure, and for as long as possible. All our dogs live at our house, among children and our other dogs. Even the puppies are born in the living room.  All the other dogs experience this and so do the cats. This way you get puppies which are socialized very early, and this is very important for the rest of their lives.  The puppies are surrounded by noise: The vacuum cleaner, the doorbell, visitors, etc.

 

 

Once I had been contaminated with the Miniature virus, I wanted more. I wanted to improved this breed so it could be appreciated by more people.  I got a few females from good bloodlines which had good characters.  Now I have several of the colors black/silver and white.

 

 

Showing the Miniatures is also terrific. You hear what the judge has to say about your dogs, and you get to meet other Schnauzer fans too. This way you can exchange experiences and tips.  We show our dogs nationally and internationally.  There we look to see if there are any interesting dogs to combine our bloodlines.  In this way you keep the population large and the race healthy.

Now we are in the proud possession of a few very talented Whites. In Europe, it is accepted to show White Miniature Schnauzers. To be able to breed the Whites, we need the co-operation of other breeders from all over the world as the Whites are scarce.  This co-operation is essencial as in the end we all have the same goal in mind: to improve the breed.
